Jerome is a former Partner, Brand Director and Marketing Services Director at Euro RSCG (Havas group), one of the leading global advertising agencies, where he was managing high profile brands such as Philips, Guerlain, Evian Mineral Water, Prudential, Yahoo!, Air France, Vietnam Airlines and Danone.
He has a solid MarTech background: he was the former Asia Pacific Head of R&D and eCommerce at United Parcel Service (UPS), the world's leading package delivery company; and the former Head of Product Marketing in the Consumer Division of Compaq Computer Asia Pacific (that he joined from the Consumer Division of Compaq Computer France), where he was driving the team that made Compaq Presario the #1 consumer selling PC in the Asia Pacific region.
Jerome holds a Master of Business Management (MBM) from EDHEC Business School, one of France’s Top 5 and Europe’s Top 15 Graduate Business Schools (source: Financial Times 2019 Ranking).

Having spent more than 25 years in the marketing, branding and corporate communications industry, Singapore-born Avis is another expert in field of Marketing Effectiveness Tracking & Boosting (MarkEff).
Her career spans the fields of advertising at Euro RSCG (Havas group) and Batey Ads (leading global advertising agencies where she was managing globally-recognised brands such as MasterCard and Ricola), of retail at CK Tang, one of Southeast Asia’s largest retail stores (where she was in charge of all Marketing Services) and finally of arts education at LASALLE College of the Arts, one of the leading global arts institutions, as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in charge of global marketing, student recruitment, corporate communications and corporate affairs among other things.
Avis manages and supervises all Fournaise MarkEff Specialists, all client-related matters and all Fournaise-related operations in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Australia.
Australian-born Darren has over 30 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry. He was Executive Partner with leading advertising agency Euro RSCG (Havas group) where he managed some of the world’s leading brands, including Compaq Computer, Intel, Dell, Ford, BMW, TAG Heuer, Volvo, Prudential and Philips, together with major Asian businesses such as Maxis Telecommunications, Astro All Asia Networks, and the Maybank Group.
Prior to Euro RSCG, Darren worked with leading agencies DDB Needham and Monahan Dayman Adams in Australia. He won the Advertising Federation of Australia award for top full-time student at RMIT, and also won the annual John Sexton Memorial Media competition award.
Darren divides his time between North America, Europe and Asia Pacific (including Australia), managing the Fournaise operations, marketing and business development programs in these regions.
Fournaise’s Technology Leader with more than 15 years of internet applications programming experience under his belt, Mayur is a specialist in Web Applications engineering and development.
Managind and supervising all Fournaise front- and back-end development teams around the world, he oversees the conceptualisation and deployment of all cloud-based Fournaise MarkEff solutions across the Fournaise Centres of Excellence for Research, Technology and Development (RTD). He also spearheads all the mission-critical Fournaise Data Centres, Network and Server Farms across the world, together with the company’s relationship with strategic technology partners such as Microsoft, Cisco, IBM and Dell.
